Thank you for choosing BM PRO. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

⚠️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER LICENSE ACTIVATION.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are ONLY considered within 24 hours of purchase if:

The extension is completely non-functional due to a technical error on our side (verified by our team).
You have NOT activated or used the license key.
You have NOT created or verified any BM using the extension.

2. Non-Refundable Cases (Strict)

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following conditions:

The license key has been activated or used.
You have created or verified any BM using the extension.
More than 24 hours have passed since purchase.
You violated the Terms of Service.
You changed your mind after purchase.
You failed to install the extension properly (we provide full support).
Facebook bans, restricts, or penalizes your account.
You expected different results than what the tool offers.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@bm.weblanca.com with:

Your transaction ID.
Your Gmail address.
A detailed explanation of the technical issue.

Note: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. BM PRO reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the eligibility criteria.

4. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

5. Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your license will be permanently revoked, and you will be banned from using BM PRO.
